Tender description

RTÉ is seeking proposals for the supply of EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Service to its employees. Potential providers should have proven experience of providing such a service to similarly sized companies and have proven experience with Irish Employment Law, Health & Safety and Social Welfare legislation, including detailed knowledge of the range of entitlements and benefits provided by the Department of Social Protection and other Health Social Services Agencies. The Employee Assistance Programme plays an important role in supporting HR in promoting employee wellness and supporting individuals in managing work and life difficulties which may impact on their well being and adversely affect work performance.
