Tender description

The provision of management academy training courses to CalMac Ferries Ltd. David MacBrayne HR (UK) Ltd (DML) is seeking a supplier capable of providing management academy training courses. The courses involved in Lot 1 as are follows: — role of the manager, — performance management, — managing attendance, — recruitment and selection, — communication skills for managers. A framework agreement will be put in place and training courses will be called off as and when required. David MacBrayne HR (UK) Ltd (DML) is seeking a supplier capable of providing a training course for managing conduct and difficult situations. It would be beneficial to DML if the successful supplier had experience working in a marine environment for this lot. A framework agreement will be put in place and training courses will be called off as and when required.
