Tender description

HealthTrust Europe LLP wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of pre-poured and bottled culture media products, services and associated consumables. The framework agreement will be split into the following lots: Lot 1: Chromogenic Media, Lot 2: Pre-Poured and Bottled Culture Media, Lot 3: Associated Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing Products and Consumables, and Lot 4: Committed Spend — Mini Competition. Supplier engagement will be carried out in accordance with regulation 40 and 41 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The max amount of suppliers we will be inviting for a pre-market engagement meeting shall be no more then 15 and will be invited on first come first serve basis. It is envisaged that the meetings will be an hour long and will discuss framework intentions, supplier history within the market, products that the framework will cover and supplier suggestions. Please see below Section II 2.4) for further details on each of the lots. This lot includes chromogenic media including all associated reagents and consumables, such as dishes, plates, bottles, scrapers and pipettes. This lot includes pre-poured and bottled culture media including all associated consumables such as dishes, plates, bottles, scrapers and pipettes. This lot includes associated antibiotic susceptibility testing products including all associated reagents and consumables such as dishes, plates, bottles, scrapers and pipettes. This lot is to provide for further mini-competitions. Should 2 or more participating authorities wish to aggregate their spend and commit in advance to purchasing a specified value or volume of goods from 1 or more lot(s), they may enter into further competition to drive efficiencies in terms of price, service and/or support.
