Tender description

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) is a procurement consortia which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our membership includes over 180 public sector organisations including housing associations and ALMO’s, local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, emergency services, government agencies and charities. EEM wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors, each of which will provide void property services such as, cleaning, clearing, security and any additional relatable services, to support members in maintaining property stock standards. Our framework will cover all elements of void property services as well as additional services to cover members housing stock where appropriate. Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) will be conducting this tender exercise on behalf of its membership to establish a framework agreement covering all elements of void property cleaning, clearing, security and associated/relatable property services, including works across multiple sites. Typical types of works covered by this framework will include for: — void property cleaning to different levels of requirements, — void property clearing to different levels of requirements, — void security services, — total void management (including additional services such as pest control, cyclical cleaning, etc.) — any other additional or relatable services. Our intention is to create specific lots, categorised in to the following service elements: — void property cleaning and clearing, — void property security services, — total property management. It is likely we will further split the core lots into geographical sub-lots. The framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (‘EEM’) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users.
