Facilities management hygiene services comprising — building cleaning, decontamination service, laundry service and washroom and medical service). The scope of the contract is to provide and maintain an acceptable level of FM hygiene services, as required across the TVP Force Estate. The building cleaning service shall be scheduled building cleaning tasks, reactive building tasks, 24-hour/365(6) days of the year for decontamination cleaning to buildings and inclusive of all cleaning materials, equipment and consumables. The laundry service will ensure all named sites have clean laundry stock which is replenished as required. The washroom and medical service shall include be both scheduled and reactive basis collection and disposal of sanitary, nappy and incontinence waste, provision and maintenance of washroom vending items, collection, disposal and replacement of sharps waste units and medical waste units.
