Overview of the requirement: High Speed Two (HS2) Limited intends to procure a Contract for the provision of research services to help provide findings relating to the Arts and Culture Opportunities along HS2 Ltd's line of route, through the HS2 Ltd ITQ Process. Procurement Process and Next Steps: The Procurement process is being conducted using HS2 Ltd's e-sourcing portal Bravo. In order to obtain a copy of the ITQ documentation and participate in this procurement exercise, bidders will need to initially register on the Bravo e-sourcing portal as per the instructions included in the 'Additional Text' section below. All messages should be sent through the Bravo secure messaging function following publication of the ITQ documentation. Timescales for the procurement: - Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documentation available on Bravo e-sourcing portal: 6th February 2020 - Deadline for clarifications: 12th February 2020 10:00am - Deadline for tender submissions: 17th February 10:00am.
