Cheshire East Council is conducting soft market testing to understand interest from providers in the delivery of an Environmental Enforcement Service. This service shall sit within a wider Council enforcement system. The system is built upon the principles of engage, educate and enforce to deliver sustainable behaviour change, continuous improvement and an excellent service to residents in line with the Council’s Enforcement Policy. The soft market testing will provide an opportunity to obtain insight from providers who may be interested in providing an Environmental Enforcement Service in Cheshire East.
