Tender description
The service provider will be responsible for the collection of the contract material from the nominated bulking facility, nominally the Harrow Council, Civic Amenity Site Forward Drive Depot, HA3 8NT and the provision of recycling capacity to receive Contract Material and the marketing and transfer of recyclable materials to re-processors or other end markets in order to achieve the capture rate target.
