MSE are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced Contractor(s) to supply, build, install and commission, and then operate and maintain a CHP based system that will deliver heat and power to Mid Essex and Basildon hospitals. The Project is divided into two distinct phases: Phase One - the design, supply, build, installation, test and commissioning phase; and Phase Two - the operation and maintenance phase. The Contractor(s) will be required to possess the requisite skills and experience commensurate with undertaking and successfully delivering both Phases in this important landmark Project.
