Tender description

Local Authorities have a statutory duty to arrange suitable Alternative Education for permanently excluded pupils, and for other pupils who because of illness or other reasons would not receive suitable education without such arrangements being made. The current flexible framework agreement used for the procurement of Alternative Education supplied by schools and providers ends on the 31st of December 2020. The design and introduction of the planned new AEP flexible framework has been delayed pending the recommendations of an internal audit of AEP. As a result, authority is requested to extend the use of the current framework arrangements for the period- 1st of January 2021-31st of March 2021.
