Consultancy Work - Inclusion Strategy

Tender description

The work should include: 1. Desk based research and benchmarking, ensuring that current and emerging national and music education inclusion strategies and best practice are taken into account 2. A focus on understanding staff development needs 3. How inclusion can be embedded in the work of each service 4. An understanding of the key activities that will make the greatest impact for each service. We are in a period of unprecedented change and see this strategy as a starting point to be reviewed annually – what four activities would give us the most immediate impact? 5. Consultation with stakeholders including children and young people 6. Indication of areas where it would be helpful to develop new resources 7. Areas of work that it would be advantageous to develop collectively (if any) involving our wider geographical partners (Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire)
