Tender description

The provision of new residential units and associated maintenance and repair works at George Elliston and Eric Wilkins Houses. Repair and maintenance works to cover roofs, brickwork, windows, door lintels, rainwater goods, decorating and lifts. New works to include the provision of new entrance area on the ground floor between the blocks, provision of 4 No new infill dwellings on the first to fourth floors between the blocks and provision of 9 No new dwellings constructed on the roofs of both blocks. Construction works — refurbishment and new build.
