Tender description

Framework agreement for the supply of urology equipment and related consumable items for use in general urology and/or interventional urology including but not limited to: drainage and accessories, catheters, urometers, catheter trays, guidewires, stone retrieval, single use ureteroscopes, single use electrodes, female urinary incontinence products. The resulting framework agreement will be in two lots as: Lot 1: General Urology Equipment and Consumables; Lot 2: Interventional Urology equipment and consumables. HTE proposes to enter into a Framework Agreement for a maximum period of 4 years with the successful tenderers, being an initial 2 years period, and the option to extend by 2 periods of 12 months each after the initial period. Additional CPV codes: 33141200, 33141615, 33141642, 33141600, 33141610 HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply of general urology equipment and consumables including but not limited to: urine drainage bags, catheters, catheter trays, urometers, drainage and accessories. It is envisaged this tender will consist of two lots with an award of up to 6 suppliers per lot who can offer a breadth of goods. Lot 1 consists of 4 sub-product groups: Group A, Drainage and Accessories, Group B, Catheters, Group C, Urometers and Group D, Catheter Trays/Packs. This Lot will be awarded to the six tenderers whose tender is most economically advantageous. This contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months each. Terms and conditions/Activity Based Income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, The management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation,as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. It is envisaged this tender will consist of two Lots with an award of up to 6 suppliers per lot who can offer a breadth of goods. Lot 2 consists of 6 sub-product groups: Group A, Ureteric surgery, Group B, Stone retrieval and Dilation, Group C, Laser therapy systems, Group D, Female incontinence products, Group E, Single use ureteroscopes, Group F, Single use urological electrodes. This lot will be awarded to the sixTenderers whose tender is most economically advantageous. This contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months each.
