Tender description

Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership (‘the Authority’) currently have a FeatureNet 5000 Hosted Voice service deployed across their sites supported by BT. The FeatureNet service has been declared end of life by BT and the current NHS Scotland contract is due to end on the 31 December 2020. BT have confirmed that there will be a short transition period beyond the 31 December to allow for a managed migration for the replacement service. The authority requires a replacement service to be in place prior to the switch-off of the FeatureNet service to ensure continuity of telephony across affected locations which include hospitals and acute care facilities (theatres, accident and emergency, outpatients and wards). In addition, the Hospitals cater for Palliative care and elderly patients as well as providing a midwife led midwifery service and a multi-purpose Day Hospital.
