Specialist Assessments for LAC and Children under Kinship arrangements (CYP - 2021 - 003)

Tender description

<p>The London Borough of Brent invites relevant providers to tender for the provision of Specialist assessments for LAC and Children under Kinship arrangements. This is a&nbsp; social and specific service in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74.The service is expected to facilitate the provision through a Hub and Spoke model. The network consisting&nbsp; of a single provider (hub), which offers a full array of services, complemented by subcontracted providers/individual assessors (spokes) which offer limited services. The service is to drive market competition (where appropriate), innovation, efficiencies, thereby delivering best value for the council.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The range of specialist assessments required include:</p> <ul> <li>Psychological assessments</li> <li>Domestic Violence risk assessments</li> <li>Psychiatric assessments</li> <li>Parenting Assessment Manual Software (PAMS) assessments</li> <li>Parenting assessments</li> <li>Together and Apart assessments</li> <li>Special Guardianship Order (SGO) assessments</li> <li>Kinship/Connected Persons&rsquo; Assessments</li> <li>Form F assessments</li> <li>The Contract is for 24 months with an optional extension clause of 12months subject to performance. <p>The contracting authority reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or to award a contract for part of the services at its sole discretion. The contracting authority shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion.
