Tender description

The project will cover the replacement of the existing leisure management system with a modern solution intended to delight end users while also providing management with key performance indicators through extensive reporting. The system should provide a modern POS software solution that will enable local cash and card payments for PAYG customers and light retail use. Solution should be able to accept bulk transfer of existing user data. A secure administrative portal should provide a range of administrative roles with relevant, configurable permissions for users across the facilities operated by Live Argyll. Facility staff can use the portal to view and manage bookings, memberships and communicate effectively with members.
