Tender description

The supplier shall provide a fully managed security service including but not limited to the following: • access control including management of the authority’s ID/access card system; • patrols; • surveillance and monitoring systems e.g. closed circuit television; • escort duties; • lost and found property; • security incidents, alarm response and management; • missing patient searches; • management of radios; • yard marshal resource; • out of hours front house/concierge cover within and around Public Buildings and Healthcare environments. The security service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per year and applies to all areas of the authority’s site(s) interested suppliers should register via the ‘Health Family Single eCommercial System’ portal. https://www.health-family.force.com/s/Welcome and email Stacey.Harris@gstt.nhs.uk to register their interest.
