Tender description

The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] requirement is for a radio frequency [rf] source covering the range up to 20 GHz for evaluation of superconducting devices and circuits. The device characterisation includes automated frequency and power sweeps of the rf output whilst maintaining a frequency lock to an external frequency reference. The source should have at least one computer interface and be suitable for operation in an ordinary laboratory environment. Software drivers for commonly available scientific software would be an advantage.
