OF791 Single View of Risk (SVR) tagging

Tender description

The SVR (Single View of Risk) is a single, central repository for a full set of records containing risk and activity information about Ofqual regulated awarding organisations (AOs). The records do not contain the full data themselves, but rather act as a summary record and index of the full data, including, for example, information about certification, audits, event notifications and data submissions. The requirement To make sure the records can be easily interrogated, we need to have a way of comprehensively filtering them. This means each of the records must be labelled (tagged) with information that helps a user to narrow their search based on relevant and consistent criteria. It is this labelling structure which is the basis of the current project. The labelling structure and terms (taxonomy), have largely been defined through a discovery piece of work. This project seeks to implement the taxonomy and structure across Ofqual's data infrastructure, plus all data sources and records. The work package will provide the technical expertise (both architecturally and hands-on) to work alongside Ofqual's in-house data services and risk teams to jointly deliver the required outcomes and deliverables.
