This Invitation to Tender (ITT)) is inviting Tenders for insurances coverage and associated services as required by London Borough of Newham (the Contracting Authority) as detailed in Section 4 of this ITT (Insurance Specification) where Information regarding the procurement process, the Services, and Award Criteria can be found. Procurement Route to Be Used. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Specifically, the Contracting Authority will be using the Open Procedure. The process has been designed to ensure that all Tenderers are given equal and fair opportunity to bid.
