Tender description

The Legal Aid Agency (“LAA”) is inviting Applicants to submit a Tender for a 2021 Immigration Telephone Advice Contract (“ITA Contract” or “Contract”) to provide Immigration Telephone Advice (“ITA”) Services from 1 June 2021. The LAA is seeking to award a total of two (2) ITA Contracts of equal size to two separate organisations. Applicants wishing to deliver ITA Services under an ITA Contract must submit a response to the Selection Questionnaire (“SQ”) for this procurement process and the ITA Invitation To Tender ("ITT"). You must read the Information For Applicants ("IFA") document for this procurement process before submitting your Tender. The deadline for submitting a Tender is 9am on Monday 18 January 2021. We will accept questions about this IFA up until 5pm on Friday 18 December 2020.
