Tender description

United Utilities (UU) currently provides an Employee Healthcare Scheme comprising of both Private Medical Insurance and Cash plan benefits to c4330 employees. The aim of the PIN is to: (i) establish the markets capability to provide and manage the current scheme; and (ii) invite engagement to discuss alternative schemes or additional services whilst maintaining the original scheme elements as closely as possible. Respondees should in their response: — populate the attached Benefits table to indicate ability to provide the current UU scheme and, — where any part of UU scheme cannot be provided in full, respondees are invited to propose an alternative proposal and indicative cost based on the employee volumes indicated above, — please provide contact details should UU opt to seek further information.
