Clarion Housing Group carries out fire risk assessments and ensures that the actions highlighted in these assessments are per the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The aim behind the procurement for the programme is to involve specialist third party accredited contractors who we can contract manage and inspect the quality of works being delivered. We are looking for the contractors who can prove their willingness and expertise to undertake all the elements of Passive Fire Safety works including: — replacing or upgrading doors sets and maintenance, — compartmentation works including invasive surveys, — roof cavity barrier works, — penetration sealing. The contract is split into five geographic lots. Source a high-quality suppliers able to deliver quality passive fire safety works to Clarion Housing Group’s housing stock in South London area consisting of 31 383 properties. The standard work being carried out under this contract is installation of fire door sets, overhauling of fire door sets, fire stopping and any other fire safety work. Source a high-quality suppliers able to deliver quality passive fire safety works to Clarion Housing Group’s housing stock in East England region consisting of 32 015 properties. The standard work being carried out under this contract is installation of fire door sets, overhauling of fire door sets, fire stopping and any other fire safety work.
