General tasks Continuation of works developed as part of the Design Advice and Detailed Design commission including: • Further design advice • Finalising tree and planting and SUDS specifications and layout • Developing previous designs to a more advanced status (e.g. LVRPA car park + St James Park entrance) • Meetings (project team + community + stakeholder) Scope of Works Architectural services, RIBA stage 4 • Preparation and completion of design information required for construction or the installation of the listed projects. Projects developed in coordination with LBWF Highways team. In addition RIBA stages 2-3 in relation project ref LN 26 and LN 0.1 • Prepare Concept design • Undertake developed design study and cost exercises, resulting in outline specification. • Key tasks: • Produce drawings / diagram information and materials information for each relevant project • Produce overall planting / tree schedule encompassing all relevant listed schemes • Attend various client and stakeholder meetings + engagement meetings.
