Countess Dunraven Fountain, Adare

Tender description

Generally the works consist of: -The dismantling of the Countess Dunraven Fountain, storage of the units onsite for reuse; -Removal of the current and historic pump operating fixtures and fittings; -Removal of the existing landscape including the hard paved area, railings, planted shrubs and all associated works; -Excavations to subsoil level, buildup of substrate and installation of sump and drainage for the fountain; -Rebuilding of the fountain, stone by stone as per the original; -Installation of pump ware and piping; -Construction of the new natural stone finished hard paved area along with ramped access compliant with Part M, stone masonry constructed plant boxes, seating and lighting; -New planted scheme (by community group) and all associated works.
