Tender description

The Contracting Authority has undertaken a significant programme of change through the implementation of its 2018-2020 statement of strategy “Enabling Sustainable Growth”. The change involved, among other things, an organisation redesign, the implementation of new systems and processes, and the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO). This change now needs to be embedded, and then refined through the next strategic period (2021-2025) with further projects. The services comprise of business refinement support, covering project support, process improvement support, planning processes, and coaching/training.
