Building Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor required: The works comprise the refurbishment of 36no. ex MOD properties. The proposal comprises the refurbishment of a mix of 28no. semi-detached and 8no. detached houses 2storey houses. The Properties are located at Oakridge, which is east of Thiepval Barracks, off the Belsize Road, Lisburn – namely 33-66 Oakridge Park and 1-16 Oakridge Gardens. All of the properties are vacant with the mains electricity and water supplied having being shut off / isolated. Roads are adopted. All of the properties are 4person 3bed and have been constructed within the area band of 80/85 sq metres. All 36 properties have a garage.
