Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a new framework agreement for the provision of multi-disciplinary, building surveyor-led, design team services including planning, design, and project management for proposed (planned and cyclical) works contracts. As with the current BS-led framework, the design services will incorporate the following disciplines: — building surveyor: Also to undertake the role of: — the designer and lead consultant, managing call-off projects and overall service delivery by the design team; and — the principal designer for the purposes of the CDM Regulations (NI) 2016; — quantity surveyor and cost manager; — mechanical and electrical engineer; — civil and structural engineer.
