Tender description
Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint an accredited chartered surveying firm to provide annual asset valuations and insurance re-instatement valuations for its Corporate Property Estate. The appointed firm will be contracted to provide the services detailed for a period of 2 years for the financial years ending 31 March 2021 and 31 March 2022, with the option to extend for a further three 12-month periods.
