Tender description

This is the award notice for the contract for the reorganisation and structural alterations of the visitor centre at Kidwelly Castle. The works comprised of the following: MEP strip out and moving of existing services; Structural alterations to roof structure (removing timber tiles and installing new steel strapping); Raising existing floor level (additional structural timber floor build-up); Internal finishing (stud walling, plaster-boarding, painting, etc); and MEP installations.
