Tender description

This is the award notice for the enabling works that were required for the Kings Gate project at Caernarfon Castle and which were awarded in September 2019. The enabling works consisted of the cutting out trenches for service runs, foundation slabs etc (all carried out by an Archaeologist, drying out the fabric of the building (eg raking out the stonework to expedite the process, procuring the new incoming service supplies (gas, water, phone and electric) and general setting out works.
