Tender description

This framework agreement is for the provision of construction related professional services by a team of consultants and their supply chain, collectively referred to as an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT). The Economic Operator will provide ICT Services, including but not limited to design, design development and project management/contract administration for Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT) Construction Projects with a construction value in excess of GBP 1 million through the duration of the framework regards major new and refurbishment works. The first of these projects is expected to be the construction of a new 134 bed Acute Mental Health In-Patient Hospital on the Antrim Area Hospital site. Other capital works projects may be commissioned subject to funding and satisfactory performance of the ICT. The contracting authority is not obliged to give any or all future commissions within this framework. The ICT has the right to refuse to undertake any or all of the offered commissions within 2 weeks of the offer.
