Tender description

This tender combines the works for Hollymount House and 1-3 Low Park Court, Charlestown. Hollymount House is located in the centre of Hollymount village. The existing shop and maisonette are to be altered and renovated to create 1 no 3 bed dwelling and 1 no 2 bed dwelling. As the dwellings are semi-detached with own door entrances, they are exempted from requirements for a fire safety certificate. Units 01 to 03 Low Park Court, Charlestown are situated near the town centre of Charlestown on the main road. They are existing houses built post 2002 and are to be refurbished with minor alterations. The works in both cases will include partial demolitions/ removals, all associated site development works and approved connections to existing utilities (Irish Water for water mains & foul sewer/ ESB & EIR).
