Tender description

Framework for the supply of writing instruments for delivery to the ESPO distribution centre and to ESPO customers. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call-off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the framework agreement. Supply of ESPO’s private label writing instruments for bulk delivery to the ESPO distribution centre. Supply of writing instrument product ranges to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester and direct to individual customer establishments.
