Tender description

<p>Orbit have recently transitioned to a new telephony platform, Anywhere365 (A365), which does not have an integration with NICE IEX our current Workforce management system. This also coincided with our current version of NICE IEX WFM reaching end of life.</p> <p>We are looking to implement a new Workforce Management (WFM) system, in order to optimise the productivity of our employees, by efficiently forecasting workload requirements and creating and managing staff schedules to accomplish set tasks on a day to day and hour to hour basis.</p> <p>The Tender Specification is for the provision of the following:</p> <p>- Set up and implementation support.</p> <p>- An ongoing support contract in place. This should include any future developments that can improve the Orbit offering.</p> <p>- Work with Orbit IT and partners to ensure processes and technical infrastructure for enabling access to all associated calls, emails, webchat and required metadata.</p> <p>- Ensure/advise that the &lsquo;to be&rsquo; design is GDPR compliant.</p> <p>- Be pivotal in the design and shaping of the future model, implementation and monitoring metrics.</p> <p>- With assistance from Orbit, produce documentation required to support the new service(s) in BAU.</p> <p>- Training delivery for front end users and administrators of the system.</p> <p>- Ensure that existing retention policies regarding data backups remain in force.&nbsp;</p> <p>Suppliers are requested to view the attached 'Requirement Specification' document in the first instance.</p> <p>The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence by April 2021 the exact dates to be agreed between the successful provider and Orbit.</p> Keywords: Workforce, Management System
