South West Mayo Development Company (SWMDC) are seeking submissions for the delivery of training of MODULE 5 – DEVELOPING A VISITOR EXPERIENCE as part of the Visitor Experience Skills Development Programme (VESDP) Co-operation project, a collaboration South West Mayo Development Company (SWMDC), Clare Local Development Company Ltd (CLD) and Comhar na nOileán CTR (CnO). This is subject to funding being approved All training and skills development supports will come from the delivery of five individual training modules. Delivery of all training will take place as identified in Mayo, Clare and West Cork (Zone 2 see appendix 8). This Direct invitation to Tender is for the creation, design and delivery of training all needs in relation to MODULE 5 – DEVELOPING A VISITOR EXPERIENCE details of Module 5 are outlined in Appendix I. Training may be delivered remotely or on-site, to groups of up to 12 participants or to individual businesses. We expect a minimum of 50% of the training to be delivered remotely with attendance made up from the three partner counties or on an individual county basis. The types of training/programmes for this module expected to run over the duration of the programme are outlined in Appendix I. The detailed instructions regarding the format and requirements of the ITT are set out below. These instructions must be observed to ensure the completeness and eligibility of the tender. The contract will run for 16 months. Aim of the Visitor Experience Skills Development Programme (VESDP): The proposed Visitor Experience Skills Development Programme (VESDP) will ensure stimulation and activation of networking opportunities, tailored training needs and skills development as identified in VESDP Training Needs Analysis.
