<p>Procurement of insurance arrangements on behalf of North and West Unitary Authorities for the financial protection of the authorities in respect of insurable business risks. This is an Invitation to Tender for the Supply of Insurance Services in respect of Future Northants(FN) - North and West Unitary Authorities Leasehold/ Mortgage Properties Insurance Services detailed within the tender documentation. Arthur J Gallagher (Insurance broker) has been selected to assist in the tender of North and West Unitary Authorities. Please note that this does not exclude other entities of Arthur J. Gallagher bidding for this notice. The Authorities reserve the right to award the contract as necessary and against the evaluation criteria stated in the documentation. Please note that any questions relating to the tender process should be sent via the Procurement Portal and the messaging system provided within that e-tendering facility. It is assumed that Insurance programmes for the Council&rsquo;s shall be established with large levels of self-insured retention to mitigate against insurance costs. Claims handling managed through the existing in-house team, but with Cambridgeshire as the lead authority. It was agreed that the current NCC broker would be used for both North and West Unitary Authorities and a tender process will take place for the insurance policies.
