In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice dispatched on Monday 15 October 2019 under reference 2019/S 202-491599 for the above contract due to an insufficient degree of competition with only one bid received which did not conclude to contract.
