A Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based eSignature Solution to create a seamless experience for document recipients where they are able to receive forms, contracts and recruitment documents in a digital format, fill them in digitally, sign them from any device and return them to the relevant Trinity Officer without having the need to print these documents. The solution should be accessible via a web-browser over a standard internet connection from both on and off-campus locations.
