Tender description

This framework is for the provision of Highways Labour and Street Lighting Services and Works to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, City of York Council and North Lincolnshire Council. This includes street lighting and highways labour, as well as specific street lighting tasks such as column removal, structural testing and luminaire replacements. An initial call-off will be made alongside the award of the framework for a three (3) year period running from 1 January 2021-31 December 2023, with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months until 31 December 2024. This lot covers street lighting labour, highways labour, surfacing labour, standby teams, slurry seal labour and other labour. This lot covers plant to be used in association with labour. This lot covers electrical testing of lighting columns and traffic signs. This lot covers painting and sign plate removal and re-erection to facilitate painting. This lot covers High Mast Maintenance. This lot covers column installation. This lot covers luminaries and associated electrical equipment to unserviced column, including both installation and replacement. This lot covers demolition — column removal. This lot covers trenching. This lot covers structural testing.
