Tender description
The purpose of this service is to provide mobile support to young people and young parents to enable them to either maintain their new accommodation successfully or to prevent them from becoming homeless in the first place. This support will complement the accommodation-based support within George Williams House and Kingsley house contracts The service will provide 240 hours of support per week.
