Tender description

The vision of the project is to develop an enterprise wide CRM system to manage and track a student's journey throughout their University study. This would include aspects of the Student Life Cycle (SLC) such as course management, student support, employability and marketing, international students, student-experience, research and innovation and alumni relationships. The initial focus is on developing the CRM for improving the SLC, with the Business and Community Engagement (BCE) aspects of the CRM to Be addressed in later projects. Provision of CRM Dynamics Development and Maintenance services Via a further competition through the Crown Commerical Services — RM1577.12 G-Cloud Framework. An initial 2-year contract with the potential for the University, acting at its discretion, to extend up to a total further period of 24 months.
