Siteworks include: attendances on removal of existing prefab building; preparation of base and areas of new concrete base; concrete paving; new storm and foul drainage systems connected to existing outfalls, soakaway; trenching and ducting for utilities; reinstatement of grassed areas including grass sodding, trimming of trees
