SAFE IRELAND - Request for Tender for a Consultant to Coordinate and Support domestic violence service providers to facilitate remote/online courts

Safe Ireland are seeking a suitable consultant to coordinate and support domestic violence service providers to facilitate remote/online courts to meet these innovative demands. It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will: • Coordinate and support at least 26 domestic violence service providers to facilitate remote/online courts. • Provide training to DV service providers in order to promote consistent standards for the roll-out of online courts to maximise confidence in the delivery of justice. • Through a three way consultation to agree a standardised service level arrangement between DV service providers (as trusted intermediaries) and the Court Service of Ireland and meet regulatory requirements. • Negotiate the establishment of remote/online courts for DV hearings The time-scale to complete the work is 6 months (1st of Feb 2021-31st of July 2021).
