Roof works and other special trade construction works

Tender description

Winchester City Council is considering establishing a multi-contractor framework for roof replacement works on its tenanted housing stock. It is envisaged that any framework established, will be called off against an agreed schedule of rates, over a 4 year period. The Council may hold a virtual pre-tender market engagement event on or around 18 January 2021, where it will share potential approaches and allow questions and answers about any process. Outputs will be made available to all. If you would like to participate, please confirm the names and email addresses of your representatives to procurement@winchester.gov.uk by 17 January 2021. This is not a call for competition but an information event only and does not guarantee any opportunity at this point or participation in any future potential tender. Any tender exercise will require further free registration through the Council’s tender portal. The Council reserves the right not to proceed with any competition or referred to in this notice. This is a Prior Information Notice, this is not a call for competition. Any description of requirements is yet to be determined for the works described. Any potential resulting tender will be advertised via the Council’s tender portal:https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=WCC and will require further registration. Registration is free and interested parties can register at any time and search for tenders (and PINs) as and when they are advertised.
