Tender description

Food Standards Scotland (FSS) wish to appoint a single supplier to provide Retail Purchasing Data for a period of 1 year plus the option to extend by a further 6 months. In May 2020, NSP commissioned new weekly data from Kantar on retail purchasing during COVID-19, as part of an existing Public Health England (PHE)/DEFRA contract. The data covers the period of January 2019 to July 2020. NSP wish to extend this dataset to provide information on purchasing between August and December 2020, to enable us to fully compare 2019 with 2020 and continue to develop our understanding of how COVID-19 has impacted on retail purchasing patterns.
