Provision of Re-roofing, Cladding and Window Replacement Works at 6-23 Cwm-Y-Nant, Cwmbran

Tender description

This project consists of the removal and replacement of the flat roof coverings, concrete hanging tiles and windows at 6-23 Cwm-Y-Nant, Cwmbran. The building is designated as a retirement housing scheme and consists of 18 flats and is of a traditional brick and block type construction with flat roofs. The residents of all the properties consist solely of Bron Afon tenants. Contractors bidding for this work must be able to commence work on site in February 2021 and be completed and invoiced by the end of April 2021. A period of 12 weeks has been allocated to deliver this project. The tender will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The contract will be undertaken using the JCT Minor Work Building Contract 2016 including Bron Afon’s standard prelims and amendments.
