Provision of ICT Support Services

Tender description

Quality Meat Scotland are seeking an external ICT support services company to support the organisation and staff with IT issues. Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) are a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB). The office is based at The Rural Centre, West Mains, Newbridge, EH28 8NZ. QMS comprises 27 members of staff full and part-time, all staff need access to all their work documents from home. Each employee has a laptop and iPhone. We run the Microsoft operating system and currently have a mixture of Full O365 licences for all employees and online exchange licences for our 12 board members. Each computer is installed so that there is a uniform set-up although individuals will have additional programmes associated with their role, eg Sage Accounts etc, currently we run a remote desktop of specific software but we are in the process of moving to the Microsoft Dynamics system which will be cloud based. We currently have a managed server, remote desktop, and VPN. We are currently on a journey to move to a private virtual server.
