Tender description

The councils are required to maintain a Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG) in accordance with the Data Co-operation Agreement with GeoPlace and as stipulated by the terms of their membership of the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement. The LLPG is also a vital component of the councils' Geographic Information System and provides the primary source of address information to other systems. The contract with the current supplier ends on 28 February 2021 and the councils are seeking to procure a replacement Gazetteer Management System.
