Tender description

This is not a call for competition or an invitation to tender. This is an invitation to participate in a market consultation exercise in relation to a Treasury Management System for the Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank”). The purpose of this request is to establish the types of Treasury Management Systems that are available to the Central Bank, and the indicative costs of these systems. The Central Bank wants to understand and assess options available in this area and get feedback from across the market. The Central Bank also wishes to enable input from interested parties as to how any subsequent competitive process might be structured to facilitate participation and to have a competitive and effective procurement strategy, although the Central Bank, as noted below, gives no guarantees in relation to a subsequent competitive process The Central Bank may cancel this market consultation at any time and interested parties will bear their own costs in participating in the consultation. See attached documentation for further information.
